We worked with Emmanuel and the DCI team on our first Tropical Smoothie Cafe (TSC) in Bowie, MD. Emmanuel worked with TSC corporate and our General Contractor to modify our plans based on our desires for the space as well as PG County code. The work product was delivered ahead of schedule and Emmanuel worked with us to get through the permit process. I have and will continue to refer him to other Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchise owners and we intend to use him for the work on our second location.
