Emmanuel Mdingi

Emmanuel has over 29 years of experience successfully delivering commercial retail projects in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Projects have encompassed new construction, major exterior and interior renovations and complete interior tenant fit-ups. Throughout his extensive years of practice, he has exhibited strong leadership skills as a team captain and project director. His philosophy is that a truly successful project comes from a strong collaboration of all stakeholders in the project.

Emerson C. Hamilton

AIA – Managing Principal

Emerson has collaborated with DCI since inception. Over the past 40 years, he has directed and or managed: facilities planning, design & construction, and architecture & engineering services for higher education, private corporation, cGMP facilities, PK-12 schools, private clients and privately held real estate business interests.

Antonella Cortez

AIA, LEED AP – Managing Principal

Antonella has garnered over 26 years of experience at local and national firms specializing in a variety of building types from small dining hall renovations to 12 story office buildings. Antonella has played a key role in several award-winning projects, and was recognized early on as being a leader among her peers. She became a pioneer in the use of Building Information Modeling, presenting on the subject to both clients and colleagues. She is a self-motivated individual, managing multiple projects with strong client focus and keen attention to detail.
