Open Positions

Project Architect

Eight or more years of professional experience and licensed architect, who exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and coordinates with directors on complex projects.

Candidate is competent in all conventional aspects of architecture and liaises with project management and all team members to deliver successful, well-coordinated projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in architecture from an accredited school of architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Eight+ years experience in design, production and construction administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe software

Preferred Experience

  • Low and mid-rise commercial project experience
  • Tenant Fit-Outs with an emphasis on the hospitality market
  • Comprehensive renovations of existing buildings
  • Working knowledge of Building and Life Safety Codes, and zoning regulations
  • Civil, Structural and MPE engineering coordination
  • Experience and interest in sustainable design. LEED Accreditation a plus.

Project Manager

Eight or more years of professional architectural experience in the overall management and successful execution of multiple small- to mid-sized projects.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple small- to mid-sized commercial architectural projects from inception through completion.
  • Take full responsibility for the successful management and execution of assigned projects.
  • Develop strategic plans and project approaches to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate all administrative and technical aspects of projects to achieve efficient and cost-effective execution.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Actively manage project budgets, schedules, programs, scope, and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate the efforts of architects, consultants, and other project participants.
  • Establish project team assignments and manage resources effectively.
  • Coordinate project communications and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and administrative materials.
  • Estimate fees and determine the appropriate scope of work for projects.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other project-related documents.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture program.
  • Architectural licensure required. LEED Accreditation a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple low and mid-rise commercial projects.
  • Working knowledge of Building and Life Safety Codes, and Zoning regulations.
  • Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, scope of work, and contracts.
  • Experience with fee estimating, proposal preparation, and contract development.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a project team.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe software.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on project leader who can confidently manage projects, communicate with clients, coordinate project teams, and make sound decisions throughout the design and construction process.

The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of projects and balancing design quality, technical requirements, client needs, budgets, schedules, and firm objectives.
