Residing in former Retail and Warehouse facility, DCI’s team was tasked with changing the use to Assembly, designing the necessary modifications and infrastructure, permitting, overseeing construction and obtaining a use and occupancy permit, all within a three month deadline. With meticulous planning, and thanks in part to DCRA Accelerated Plan Review process, DCI’s A/E team was able to deliver this challenging project on time.
